Ieva
Hi, I am Ieva and I am a BABCP-accredited CBT psychotherapist and BACP-registered psychodynamic counsellor. I have over 8 years’ experience of working as a psychotherapist within my private practise and more than 17 years working in the NHS.
During this time, I have worked across NHS primary and secondary care services, including IAPT and specialist services for older adults. I have extensive expertise in working with eating disorders, and OCD in particular. More recently I have worked as part of NHS management teams where I oversee and supervise other psychotherapists and those in training.
I provide compassionate, gentle and empathic support to my clients and those who I manage and work with bringing my passion to help to each session.
Martin
Hi, I’m Martin an accredited BPC and BACP psychodynamic psychotherapist with over 18 years’ experience of working with adults within private practice, organisations, charities and training institutions. Alongside my individual clinical work, I have delivered organisational support to companies, helping HR and management understand the stresses and strains of the individuals working within their teams.
I also supervise experienced psychotherapists as well as trainee and newly qualified counsellors, supporting them with their clients and clinical work.
Over the years, I have worked with adults from a range of diverse backgrounds and from many parts of the world,. I bring my curious, playful, respectful and empathic style to all my work.

Here at MiP, we offer compassionate psychological support helping adults understand and make sense of their experiences in life. Whether facing difficulties at work, at home, within family or relationships etc, our approach is aimed building confidence and break unhelpful patterns.
